Starting February 1, 2025, the State Consumer Service of Ukraine will begin issuing phytosanitary certificates in both electronic and paper formats. However, from April 1, 2025, all certificates will be issued exclusively in electronic form.

🔹 What does this mean for exporters?

1️⃣ The exporter’s address will be entered into the system exactly as it was registered by the exporter.
2️⃣ All data must be submitted in English to simplify international procedures.
3️⃣ Information on data submission will be provided by inspectors upon receiving instructions from their leadership.

📅 Until the end of January 2025, phytosanitary certificates will continue to be issued in the usual paper format.
